Instructions
Wash and peel the beet and ginger.
Cut the beet into small chunks.
Squeeze or press the lemon to get the juice.
Add the beet pieces, ginger, and lemon juice to a blender.
Add a small pinch of salt and a small pinch of black pepper.
Blend until smooth. If your blender is not strong enough, cook the beet first until slightly soft, then blend.
For a cleaner texture, strain or run the mix through a slow juicer.
Drink fresh and cold for the best taste and effect.
